Thanksgiving

    We made it to the holidays! Today is the day for most Americans to eat with no regrets until later in the day. We had a sneak preview thanksgiving meal a few nights ago debuting new recipes for us! We have found that eating grain-free kept us from over eating as well as crashing afterwards. In the beginning, we had decided to go grain-free until Thanksgiving. However, in light of how great we feel, we are going to abstain from grain through the holidays. To help keep us on the path we are bringing roasted Brussels sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes as well as homemade dressing. Both are safe to eat and very tasty.
