We are a family of three who eat a mainly plant-based diet with some pasture-raised meats, quality fats and minimal sugar.  It’s been a few years journey, and we are still fine tuning our methods, but we will chronicle it all here.  We don’t think a one-size fits all diet or fitness routine works for everyone.  We are just proponents of health and an abundant life.
